The Customer Service Department of Southcentral Foundation is made up of a team of representatives who are located at the main desk in the downstairs lobby of the Anchorage Native Primary Care Center (PCC). Depending on the event or season, they may be wearing beige SCF employee shirts or red fleece vests.
Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are available for customers with concerns, compliments, suggestions and questions. When a customer submits a comment, either by phone or in person, the CSR enters the information into the Customer Service Database, which is used to track and complete the appropriate action. The comments are then forwarded to the appropriate person, usually a manager, who is expected to respond within an allotted period of time.
The CSRs also assist customers in successfully completing their business at the Native health campus. They achieve this mission in many ways, including:
In addition, the CSRs also undertake daily rounds of the SCF campus, including the Neon and Fireweed Buildings, to field any new customer issues at these places.
In alignment with the goals and objectives of Southcentral Foundation, the Customer Service team strives to constantly improve customer interactions at all clinics and programs throughout the organization.
