The Facilities Department is responsible for all facility maintenance and repair services for all of Southcentral Foundation's commercial and residential facilities. These services include building and grounds maintenance by a maintenance staff of six, and contracted services for small projects and annual fire and safety inspections.


The Facilities Department also monitors and renews Southcentral Foundations leases and building contracts.


Courier service also falls under this departments responsibilities, currently delivering to 17 locations throughout the Anchorage area.
